Classical Double Bass

Brooks holds a bachelors and a masters degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music in classical double bass performance where they studied with Rachel Calin. In 2021, they performed the Mahler 1 double bass solo as CCM Philharmonia Orchestra’s principal double bass -Watch this performance. Currently, Brooks is involved in several chamber music projects, and is hired to accompany orchestras across Southern California.
